Job summary

The Medical Services Of America (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an entrepreneurial Medical Territory Sales Manager to lead expansion across key hubs in North Luzon.

You will own the full sales cycle, from target profiling to tender negotiation and contract execution, with high autonomy as an individual contributor. Candidates bring a 5+ year track record in medical device or healthcare equipment, a strong local network, and willingness to travel extensively across the North Luzon region to win

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field (Business, Life Sciences, Nursing or allied health).
• Minimum 5 years proven track record in medical device or healthcare equipment sales.
• Established network within public and private hospital circuits in North Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a territory growth plan to capture market share in North Luzon.
• Manage relationships with Hospital Directors, CMOs, Department Heads and Procurement/BAC members.
• Oversee institutional bidding, tenders, and hospital procurement to ensure compliance and alignment.
• Position product portfolio as a value driver with clear ROI for hospital management.
• Collaborate with providers to integrate care solutions into hospital and homecare workflows.
• Monitor regional market dynamics and policy shifts to adjust strategies.
