Job summary

Scriptmed, Inc. is seeking a Medical Representative based in Pampanga to promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Metro Manila region. This full-time role focuses on building relationships, presenting products, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in medical sales, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel within Upper Pampanga and Tarlac to meet clients. A degree in Pharmacy or Medicine is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical representation.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and the sales process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with negotiation ability.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medicine preferred.
• Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers in the healthcare industry

• Effectively presenting and promoting our pharmaceutical products, highlighting their unique features and benefits

• Gathering market intelligence and providing valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry guidelines

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic territory management and customer engagement

• Collaborating with the broader sales team to share best practices and support each other’s success

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including relevant regulations and the sales process
