Job summary

K-PICK Medical is looking for an experienced Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our medical and surgical device portfolio to hospitals, clinics, government facilities, and distributors in Manila.

You will leverage an established hospital network and a solid understanding of private and government procurement processes, including PhilGEPS and bidding, to achieve sales targets and build strong clinician partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device or capital equipment sales.
• Working knowledge of hospital purchasing processes, quotation cycles, and bidding.
• Experience with PhilGEPS and government hospital bidding is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical and surgical products to hospitals, clinics, surgical centers, government facilities, and distributors.
• Develop new accounts and expand within territory.
• Build relationships with surgeons, physicians, OR nurses, procurement officers, materials management teams, and hospital administrators.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, product presentations, and account development plans.
• Monitor PhilGEPS, hospital tender opportunities.
• Prepare and manage bidding documents and accreditation documents.
• Conduct product presentations and in-service training for doctors, nurses, and hospital personnel.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, quotations, opportunities, and pipeline updates.
• Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, competitor updates, and market intelligence.

The ideal candidate has medical-device sales experience, an existing hospital network, and working knowledge of private and government procurement processes, including PhilGEPS and hospital bidding.

• Build strong relationships with surgeons, physicians, OR nurses, procurement officers, materials management teams, and hospital administrators.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, product presentations, and account development plans.
• Monitor PhilGEPS, hospital, LGU, DOH, and other government tender opportunities.
• Prepare and manage bidding documents, technical requirements, accreditation documents, and submission deadlines.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training for doctors, nurses, and hospital personnel.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, quotations, opportunities, and pipeline updates.
• Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, competitor updates, and market intelligence.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative.
• Experience selling medical devices, surgical products, disposables, or capital equipment is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of hospital purchasing processes, quotation cycles, product accreditation, consignment, and bidding.
• Experience with PhilGEPS, government hospital bidding, LGU or DOH tenders, and tender documentation is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle or motorcycle are preferred.
