Job summary

Offsure Global Outsourcing INC. is seeking an organized professional to support medication and product order processing. You’ll work across pharmacy and vendor portals, an EHR, Monday.com, Slack, QuickBooks, and email to ensure orders are accurate and documented.

You will collaborate with the client, ask clarifying questions when needed, and maintain careful orders while handling confidential patient information with discretion.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a medical or healthcare-related role or as a Virtual Assistant.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage orders across multiple platforms and follow processes.
• Comfortable learning new systems and pharmacy platforms.
• Discreet handling of confidential patient information.

Responsibilities

• Place medication and product orders through pharmacy and vendor platforms.
• Review order information in the EHR and enter it into the appropriate ordering platform.
• Verify medication, dosage, quantity, patient details, shipping address, and delivery information.
• Add special notes or instructions to orders when needed.
• Email pharmacies about delivery dates, shipping requests, and other order instructions.
• Contact the client's team through Slack when information or clarification is needed.
• Keep order details updated in Monday.com and other internal systems.
• Follow the ordering process for each pharmacy or vendor.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of completed orders.
• Handle confidential patient information professionally and discreetly.
