Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, patient support, administration, or related role.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong listening skills.
• Professional communication with patients, offices, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy for patient and healthcare data.
• Strong organizational skills for multitasking and follow-ups.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm with anxious patients.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient calls warmly and professionally.
• Guide patients from enquiry through appointment scheduling.
• Explain services, insurance coverage, and appointment expectations.
• Support anxious patients with calm, reassuring communication.
• Schedule appointments across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate referrals, lab results, and clinical documentation with providers.
• Verify insurance eligibility and record accurate information.
• Upload and maintain patient demographics, referrals, and records.
• Track callbacks and outstanding tasks to completion.
• Document workflows and process updates for internal guides.
• Provide credentialing support as required.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
