Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a medical or healthcare-related role or as a Virtual Assistant.
• Medical background preferred (nursing, pharmacy, medical transcription, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to manage orders across multiple platforms.
• Follow written processes and instructions exactly.
• Fast learner for new systems and pharmacy platforms.
• Reliable with follow-up, record-keeping, and prioritization.
• Professional handling of confidential patient information.

Responsibilities

• Place medication and product orders through pharmacy and vendor platforms.
• Review order information in the EHR and enter it into the appropriate ordering platform.
• Verify medication, dosage, quantity, patient details, shipping address, and delivery information.
• Add special notes or instructions to orders when needed.
• Email pharmacies about delivery dates, shipping requests, and other order instructions.
• Contact the client's team through Slack when information or clarification is needed.
• Keep order details updated in Monday.com and other internal systems.
• Follow the ordering process for each pharmacy or vendor.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of completed orders.
• Handle confidential patient information professionally and discreetly.
