Job summary

Boston Scientific Philippines is seeking a Product Specialist to grow our presence in the healthcare industry by building strong customer relationships, promoting innovative medical devices, and delivering exceptional clinical support.

You will visit physicians and hospital staff, educate customers on product usage, and collaborate with distributors to drive sales and market development, while staying current on industry trends. Travel up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry, preferably in medical devices.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and quick to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manages and visits existing and potential customers (physicians, healthcare staff, key decision makers in hospitals) to identify clinical needs and promote products to achieve sales targets.
• Supports market development and expansion, acquires new customers, and partners with distributor representatives to grow the business.
• Educates customers and distributors on product merits and proper clinical usage through presentations and demonstrations across formats (slides, manuals, conferences, workshops).
• Serves as subject matter expert on Boston Scientific products and provides clinical support including case coverage and basic troubleshooting.
• Facilitates sales operations with cross-functional internal teams.
• Responds to customer needs and complaints, developing solutions to address them.
• Stays abreast of industry trends and attends meetings, workshops, and exhibitions to promote products and services.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in medical related field
