Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join the Philippines Leadership team to drive nationwide MedSurg growth, develop markets, and strengthen team capabilities. The role requires collaboration with multiple functions to align with country objectives and to engage and motivate the team toward achieving revenue targets.

You will coach field staff, manage forecasting, promote products, visit customers, and monitor KPI performance while maintaining industry knowledge and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience.
• At least 3 years of team management experience.
• Travel upcountry areas up to 50%.
• Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and revenue targets nationwide.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies with forecasting and budget planning.
• Coach and lead the sales team to improve processes and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and customer service.
• Maintain product and industry knowledge and build strong customer relationships.
• Ensure quality and compliance in all interactions.
