Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a medical related field or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, preferably in medical devices.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 75% of the time.
• Candidate should be proactive, collaborative and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage and visit existing and potential customers (physicians, healthcare staff, decision makers) to discuss clinical needs and promote products to meet sales targets.
• Support market development and expand the customer base in assigned territories; partner with distributors to grow the business.
• Educate customers and distributors on product usage through presentations and demonstrations at conferences, workshops, and hospitals.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Boston Scientific products and provide clinical support including case coverage and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate sales operations and respond to customer needs and complaints.
