Job summary

Boston Scientific in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive nationwide MedSurg sales and develop market presence. You will manage a team, collaborate with functions, and ensure alignment with divisional goals to achieve revenue targets.

The role requires strong knowledge of the medical devices market, KOL engagement, and travel upcountry. Reporting to the Head of Country, you will coach and motivate the team to improve processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in life sciences, business or related field.
• Minimum 10 years sales experience with at least 3 years in team management.
• Travel up to 50% to upcountry areas is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance, market development and team capability nationwide.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans and forecast quarterly targets.
• Support customers on product use and ensure quality customer interactions.
• Attend meetings and exhibitions to promote products and services.
• Lead and coach the sales team to meet country objectives.
