Boston Scientific is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow our presence in the healthcare sector by building strong customer relationships and promoting innovative medical devices. You will deliver clinical support and drive substantial sales growth across assigned territories, with frequent travel to hospitals and conferences.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a medical field, 2+ years in healthcare (preferably devices), and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical-related field is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant healthcare experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Candidate must be proactive, collaborative, and have a strong willingness to learn.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manages and visits existing and potential customers (physicians, healthcare staff, and key decision makers) to identify clinical needs and promote products to hit sales targets.
• Supports market development and expansion, acquiring new customers and partnering with distributor representatives to grow the business.
• Educates customers and distributors on product merits and proper clinical usage via presentations and demonstrations.
• Serves as subject matter expert of Boston Scientific products and provides clinical support in hospitals, including case coverage and basic troubleshooting.
• Facilitates sales operations through close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams.
• Responds to customer needs and complaints, understanding opinions and developing solutions.
• Stays abreast of industry trends and attends meetings, workshops and conferences to promote products and services.
