IDS Medical Systems Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dynamic medical devices sales professional to promote our comprehensive portfolio across the Philippines.

You will build and nurture customer relationships, identify opportunities, and convert prospects into loyal customers, while delivering expert support to ensure satisfaction and sustainable growth. You will conduct product presentations, coordinate evaluations and trainings, and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or Medical Science (or related field).
• 1–3 years in medical devices or healthcare sales.
• Proven ability to perform product demonstrations and consultative selling.
• Strong relationship-building with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Willing to travel nationwide.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales, revenue and gross profit targets within the assigned territory and product portfolio.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through consultative selling.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with accurate forecasts and orders.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, hospital admins, procurement, and biomedical engineers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order processing, delivery, installation and after-sales support.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and clinical discussions to communicate features and value propositions.
• Coordinate product evaluations, customer visits, workshops and training to drive awareness and purchasing decisions.
• Gather market insights and competitor activity to support business development and continuous improvement.
• Develop territory/account plans and maintain accurate customer records and reports.
