Qualifications

• Licensed mechanical engineer with 5+ years experience.
• Degree/diploma in mechanical engineering with at least 5 years working experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities to secure new business.

Responsibilities

• Proactively researching and identifying new business opportunities within the Philippines.
• Reaching out to potential clients and developing business relationships.
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing business.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Provide basic engineering supports to customers, including bearing maintenance trainings and product presentation etc
