Job summary

Jebsen & Jessen Group in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth in aftersales and lifecycle solutions for material handling equipment. You will nurture customer relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals on service contracts, spare parts, and upgrades.

You will promote brand-agnostic service capabilities, collaborate with Service and Operations, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle to meet targets, while ensuring compliance with LOA/DOA and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Electromechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales engineering, business development, or technical sales of material handling equipment.
• Proven track record in selling after-sales services, including preventive maintenance contracts and fleet management solutions.
• Experience in conducting site surveys and proposing cost-effective material handling solutions.
• Strong ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage key customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of aftersales business by identifying and closing opportunities for service contracts, maintenance, spare parts, repairs, upgrades, retrofits, and other lifecycle solutions.
• Promote brand-agnostic service capabilities to expand aftermarket business across multi-brand equipment fleets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate recurring service revenue and long-term partnerships.
• Manage the aftersales sales cycle from prospecting to order closure and follow-up to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure all commercial activities comply with LOA/DOA and company policies.
• Collaborate with Service and Operations to deliver value-added solutions that improve reliability and asset lifecycle value.
• Monitor orders, invoicing, collections, and customer satisfaction to ensure project success and cash flow.
• Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and sales records in CRM and other systems.
• Stay informed of market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in customer visits, presentations, seminars, and trade shows.
• Identify potential new equipment requirements and expansion opportunities in the market.
• Generate and refer qualified new equipment sales leads to support lifecycle solutions.
