Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in business development, sales, or account management in manufacturing.
• Experience in electronics, automotive or industrial sectors preferred.
• Proven hunter track record for new accounts and closing deals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Philippines market and local business practices.
• Coordinate with regional teams (Singapore/Malaysia HQ).

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in automotive, electronics, and industrial hubs.
• Manage the full BD cycle: lead gen, prospecting, proposals, negotiation, closing.
• Develop tailored proposals highlighting ISO-certified manufacturing capabilities.
• Build a strong pipeline of prospects and close deals with new clients.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to align client requirements.
• Travel within the Philippines to meet clients and prospects.
• Represent Flexi Components at trade shows and client meetings.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activities and customer trends.
