Job summary

Fischer & Partners is seeking a Sales Engineer/Executive based in the Philippines. You will drive business development, promote products across the Philippine territory, and manage customer relationships from initial need assessment to order closing.

The role requires 2–5 years in plastics, a Mechanical Engineering background (MBA a plus), strong English language skills, and willingness to travel across Asia Pacific and Europe as required.

Qualifications

• 25–40 years old.
• Filipino national.
• 2–5 years experience in plastic industry.
• Experience in international working environment.
• BSc in Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Good command of English; Japanese a plus.
• Willing to travel within Asia Pacific and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Report to Sales Manager in Thailand or Sales Director/GM.
• Drive business development and promote company products in the Philippines.
• Perform opportunity management from understanding needs to closing.
• Provide business & sales forecasts and updates via reports/calls.
• Manage relationships with existing and new customers.
• Coordinate among sales admins, service engineers and project engineers.
