Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related role is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in conducting presentations and communicating with clients.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and self motivated.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and sales leads through various channels
• Research and develop potential client accounts and market opportunities
• Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients
• Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and product or service demonstrations
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company objectives
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up to date client and sales records
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on business development activities
