Job summary

One Outsource Direct Corporation is seeking a Materials Coordinator to oversee materials management, warehousing, and logistics coordination for large-scale MEFPFS/EPC projects in the Philippines. You will monitor supplier deliveries, coordinate site warehouse activities, and ensure accurate material tracking and inspections.

Qualifications include a engineering degree and 3–5 years’ experience, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of MEP materials and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or any B.S. degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in materials management, warehousing, or logistics coordination in large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or any warehouse management software for material tracking.
• Basic understanding of material standards.
• Familiarity with identifying and verifying MEP materials, pipe schedules, valves, cables and major equipment specs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor long-lead purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers, tracking delivery dates against the project schedule.
• Supervise inbound shipments at the site warehouse and verify deliveries against PO/BOQ metrics.
• Coordinate with QA/QC to inspect deliveries and flag non-conforming items.
• Oversee warehouse safety and protect sensitive MEP equipment.
• Manage staging, kitting and allocation of items to subcontractors or installation zones.
• Plan on-site traffic routing, laydown areas, crane scheduling, and machinery deployment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor long-lead purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and track estimated delivery dates against the master project schedule.
• Supervised inbound shipments at the site warehouse, cross-checking physical deliveries against shipping manifest, purchase orders, and bill of quantities (BOQ) metrics.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC Engineer to conduct physical inspections upon delivery, flagging non-confirming, damaged, or unapproved products.
• Oversee the organization, safety, and security of the site warehouse, ensuring sensitive MEP equipment is stored under climate-controlled or protected settings.
• Manage the staging, kitting, and structured allocation of items to specific subcontractors or construction installation zones.
• Plan on-site traffic routing, laydown, area usage, crane scheduling, and machinery deployment for moving machinery safely into position.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly material/logistic status reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in materials management, warehousing, and logistics coordination specifically within large-scale MEPFS , industrial, or EPC projects.
