Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor site inventory of construction materials.
• Receive and inspect deliveries against Purchase Orders and Delivery Receipts.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safeguarding of materials on-site.
• Process and record Material Requests and issuance to project teams.
• Maintain updated stock cards, inventory logs, and monitoring sheets.
• Conduct regular physical counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Track material consumption vs. project requirements.
• Report shortages, overstock, and damaged materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project engineers.
• Prepare daily/weekly inventory and usage reports.
• Ensure compliance with site control procedures and safety standards.

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safeguarding of materials on-site
• Process and record Material Requests (MR) and issuance to project teams
• Maintain updated stock cards, inventory logs, and monitoring sheets
• Conduct regular physical counts and inventory reconciliation
• Track material consumption vs. project requirements/BOQ
• Report shortages, overstock, and damaged materials
