Maintain and monitor site inventory of construction materials.
Receive and inspect deliveries against Purchase Orders and Delivery Receipts.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safeguarding of materials on-site.
Process and record Material Requests and issuance to project teams.
Maintain updated stock cards, inventory logs, and monitoring sheets.
Conduct regular physical counts and inventory reconciliation.
Track material consumption vs. project requirements.
Report shortages, overstock, and damaged materials.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project engineers.
Prepare daily/weekly inventory and usage reports.
Ensure compliance with site control procedures and safety standards.
