Job summary

One Outsource Direct Corporation is seeking a competent Mechanical Site Supervisor to lead MEPF activities at our projects in the Philippines. You will oversee on-site works, coordinate with trades, and report progress to the Project Manager to keep schedules on track.

Responsibilities include attending site coordination meetings, controlling manpower loading of subcontractors, and performing related tasks as required. Strong leadership and knowledge of mechanical systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer preferred/required depending on project requirements.
• Extensive experience in construction/project management.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, installation, and site operations.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
