Job summary

One Outsource Direct Corporation is seeking a seasoned Project Controls professional in the Philippines to lead scheduling, cost control, and reporting for large EPC/MEPFS projects. You will build and monitor the Project Master Schedule using Primavera P6, analyze critical paths, and present dashboards and KPI reports to management.

The role requires 5+ years in project controls, strong CPM and EVM knowledge, and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, and cost control for industrial, power, energy, EPC, or large MEPFS projects.
• PRC Licensed Engineer is preferred.
• Advanced ability to audit, analyze, and interpret project data within Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI dashboards to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of: Project Controls, Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM), Resource Loading, Cost Control, Delay Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls activities covering planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, reporting, and forecasting.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor the Project Master Schedule using Primavera P6, against established baselines.
• Analyze critical path activities, schedule variances, risk and project performance indicators.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports, executive dashboards, SCurves, KPI reports and management presentations.
• Coordinate with Planning, Contracts, QS, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure alignment of project objectives.
• Lead manpower planning, resource loading, productivity analysis, and progress measurement activities.
• Support FIDIC contract administration, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and variation impact assessments.
• Monitor project cost, commitments, earned value, and forecasted completion dates.
• Facilitate project review meetings and provide recommendations to management for schedule and cost optimization.
