Job summary

One Outsource Direct Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Site Electrical Engineer to supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on industrial projects, review drawings, schedules, and ensure compliance with codes.

You will prepare work plans, monitor progress, manage inspections, safety, and handover activities, and collaborate with construction, QA/QC, and other disciplines to drive successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) or RECE; Registered Master Electrician (RME) is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in construction and installation of electrical systems for industrial, power, or manufacturing projects.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Site Electrical Engineer or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation works in accordance with drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Review electrical drawings, submittals, method statements, and material specs.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with project requirements and electrical codes.
• Coordinate with Construction Manager, Electrical Supervisors, QA/QC, Safety, and other disciplines.
• Prepare work plans, look-ahead schedules, and manpower requirements for electrical activities.
• Manage inspection requests, testing activities, and quality documentation.
• Monitor productivity, progress, and resource utilization of electrical works.
• Identify and resolve site technical issues and construction conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permit-to-work systems, and project HSE requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, punch listing, and project handover activities. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
