Regularly inspect warehouse facility, stockpile, and storage areas to prevent pilferage and ensure materials are in good condition.

Responsibilities
In-charge for generation Purchase Request for materials, consumables, and miscellaneous items for project operation requirement
Carry-out material receiving being delivered at site or being picked up from supplier and prepare the Warehouse delivery reports
Record and update warehouse report weekly and monthly as per MMD format and forms
Coordinate with fellow MMD material control engineers on excess materials available for transfer from one site to another to ensure maximum utilization of materials and minimize the cost
Perform periodic warehouse cycle count and physical inventory with material custodian to meet 100% accuracy of stocks/inventory
Conduct material inspections, quantity verification and check computation (rebars, aggregates, Sand/S1, and other inspectable and measurable items) to ensure that only good quality and correct quantity are being received and paid by the company
Conduct regular inspection of warehouse facility, stockpile, and other material storage to ensure materials and tools are in good condition and restrict any pilferage
Perform other management-mandated functions
