Job summary

Movate is seeking an experienced Master Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs for sales, customer success, and support teams. You will create engaging materials, facilitator guides, and e-learning modules, while delivering both instructor-led and virtual sessions for new hires and seasoned staff.

You will partner with Operations to identify learning needs, perform needs analyses, and measure program impact using performance metrics.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or a Master Trainer role.
• Strong background in Pre-Sales and Post-Sales operations and customer outcomes.
• Experience supporting Customer Renewals, Retention, or Customer Success programs.
• Proven ability to develop training curricula and instructional content from scratch.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate training programs for sales, customer success, and support teams.
• Create and improve training materials, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and job aids.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for new hires and tenured employees.
• Partner with Operations to identify training needs and learning solutions.
• Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate program effectiveness with metrics.
• Coach employees and provide ongoing learning support to drive productivity and outcomes.
• Keep training content current with product, process, and business updates.
• Drive initiatives focused on customer acquisition, retention, renewals, and experience.
