Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Training Curriculum Developer to design and deliver engaging training programs for our contact center teams. You will lead curriculum development, apply instructional design practices, and ensure content aligns with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Ideal candidates have LMS experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record of delivering effective classroom and virtual training.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Education or Business Administration (or equivalent).
• 2+ years in a contact center and 5+ years delivering classroom training.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience conducting training needs analyses for partners.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and virtual/in-person delivery.
• Familiar with current training methods and tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Google Suite.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training curricula using instructional design methods.
• Facilitate Train the Trainer sessions and update materials.
• Assess training needs and identify opportunities for curriculum development.
• Leverage technology to enhance curriculum content and delivery.
• Develop assessments and analyze outcomes to drive improvements.
• Review and improve existing curriculum and coordinate with partners.
• Create job aids and performance support tools for on‑the‑job use.
• Ensure materials comply with regulatory requirements and policies.
