Job summary

LaVie is seeking a Master Trainer to assist the Talent Development Manager in training design, delivery, and evaluation. You will develop programs, materials, and e-learning content tailored to organizational needs, and conduct sessions across levels.

You will analyze training impact, ROI, and collaborate with department heads to close gaps, maintain records, and stay ahead of industry best practices in learning technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• Proven experience in training delivery, L&D, or talent management.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to design engaging learning content and training frameworks.
• Analytical mindset to assess training impact and ROI.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency in creating engaging learning materials (PPTs, manuals, e-learning content).
• Ability to conduct training needs analysis and gap assessments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement training programs based on organizational and individual learning needs.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives for employees across levels.
• Perform training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads and HR partners.
• Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and consultants when required.
• Support leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Maintain training records, reports, and compliance documentations.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, learning technologies, and talent development trends.
