Movate, Inc. is seeking a Training and Quality Manager to lead the design, rollout, and ongoing evaluation of employee training programs across departments.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in quality assurance. The successful candidate will establish and enforce quality standards, conduct audits, and drive leadership development initiatives to cultivate high-potential talent while aligning training with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, management or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in training, quality management, or related fields.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and implement training and development strategies.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs: design and roll out effective employee training programs tailored to different departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Training needs analysis: collaborate with department heads and HR to identify skills gaps and create targeted training strategies.
• Leadership development: implement leadership training programs aimed at developing high-potential employees and future leaders within the organization.
• Quality standards development: establish and enforce company-wide quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Quality audits: oversee regular audits to evaluate the quality of products, services, and processes across departments.
• Training evaluation: continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, using metrics such as employee performance, feedback, and productivity.
