Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Training Curriculum Developer to design and deliver industry-leading training materials for our global clients. You will create course content using ADDIE, assess effectiveness, and empower team members to learn new products and services, both in person and virtually.

You will lead Train the Trainer programs, conduct needs analyses, and collaborate with departments to ensure current knowledge is reflected in training while maintaining compliance and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Education or Business Administration required.
• Minimum 2 years contact center training experience.
• Minimum 5 years delivering classroom training.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design new course materials utilizing ADDIE and adult learning principles.
• Facilitate Train the Trainer programs and assess training needs.
• Leverage technology to enhance curriculum content.
• Develop assessments and analyze training outcomes.
• Collaborate with departments to identify ongoing training needs.
• Create job aids and performance support tools.
• Ensure training materials comply with regulatory requirements and document training.
• Maintain detailed records of training activities and travel as required.
