Job summary

DEUGRO (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Master Data Specialist to collaborate with internal stakeholders to align master data policies and processes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

You will maintain and update master data records, perform data cleansing and validation, and coordinate data synchronization between systems, including documentation for audits.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent education completed.
• Several years of experience in master data.
• Strong knowledge of data quality and digital solutions.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
• Willingness to work on-site on shifts/holidays if needed.
• Experience with CargoWise One and/or Microsoft D365 is a plus.
• Excellent communication with colleagues and external customers.

Job description

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of master data policies and processes

• Comply with data quality metrics compliance rules.

• Identify and resolve data quality issues, including data cleansing and validation

• Ensure data accuracy and completeness

• Ensure continuous maintenance and updating of master data records

• Manage data synchronization between internal and external systems as needed

• Maintain and edit documentation for data management processes and compliance audits

• Preparation & validation of master data as per policies and processes before mass uploads

Skills, knowledge and expertise:

• Successfully completed university degree or equivalent education

• Several years of experience in the field of master data

• Depth knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and data bases in relation to data quality

• Ability to work using own initiative, prioritize workload accordingly and develop knowledge to apply data across multiple countries

• Self-motivated, team player, detail-oriented and organize

• CargoWise One and/or Microsoft D-365 experience is an advantage

• Excellent communications skills with colleagues as well as external customers

• Willingness to work on-site on shifts and during holidays/rest days if needed
