Job summary

Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking a Master Data Management professional to maintain consistent master data across domains. You will work with specialists to perform mass uploads, ensure governance and data quality, and support data-related testing and issue resolution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and hands-on experience with SAP/ERP tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data accuracy and operational excellence for internal customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely master data across domains according to rules.
• Evaluate raised master data issues and determine if escalation is needed.
• Perform mass uploads and changes with Master Data Specialists.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with governance policies and SLAs.
• Support testing, error tracking, and correction in master data systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline master data inputs and governance processes.
• Update outdated data and manage redundant information.
• Contribute to RCA and ensure controls prevent recurring issues.
• Participate in Data Management discussions to find solutions.
• Provide guidance to data stakeholders as needed.
• Support operational excellence and superior internal customer service.
• Assist in data audits across systems and processes.

Job description

• Responsible for accurate and timely maintenance of all master data domains according to the defined master data rules.

• Support in evaluating raised master data related issues for potential solution and determine if an unresolved data issue requires further escalation.

• Work with the Master Data Specialist II and III to perform all mass uploaded (create/change/block/unblock/mark for deletion).

• Ensure data integrity and compliance to the agreed data governance policies and procedures, SLA, KPI/Metrics.

• Support testing, correcting and tracking of errors within the Master Data Management and source/destination system.

• Support in identifying possible streamline capabilities on all areas of Master Data inputs and governance processes.

• Support in improving master data attributes, when directed, by updating out-of-date and managing redundant data.

• Provide support in creating RCA and help in ensuring that all controls are implemented and followed to avoid recurring issues.

• Participate on the Data Management group discussion in finding solutions.

• Provide master data management guidance to the data stakeholders (if needed).

• Support in building capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels for the internal customers.

• Support data audits and reviews of relevant systems, applications, and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in any courses

• Basic knowledge of master data and understand the rules that governing master data and how it is used by the business on a day-to-day basis

• Good understanding and experience of using SAP or ERP applications (MDG, SD, MM, FICO, BODS, Info Steward, LSMW, LTMC), POS, SAPB1, ECOM, HRMS, EDW and ticketing system.

• Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.

• Proven process executor and idea generator for improvements.

• Must have basic verbal and written communication skills.

• Has the ability to multitask and work in a cross functional team.

• Basic interpersonal skills in dealing with internal customers.

• Ability to take initiative and has sound judgement.

• Basic problem-solving skills.

• Must be a team player with good skills in time management, analysis, and had great attention to details.

• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word)

• Knowledgeable Retail / Manufacturing Industry

• At least 1-2 years of experience working in the relevant area of expertise in Master Data Management

• Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
