You will maintain professional service, document interactions, and meet performance metrics on shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• High School or K–12 graduate with at least 1 year of work experience in any customer service-related field.
• College undergraduate who has completed more than 1 year in college.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Can start as soon as possible.
