About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Qualifications

• Education & Experience (must meet one of the following):
• At least 1 year completed in college + 2.5 years of BPO experience, OR

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills
