Job summary

Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated in Roxas is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, billing, and account updates. You will maintain professional service, document interactions, and meet performance metrics on shifting schedules.

Onsite Roxas Site experience and strong English communication are preferred. This role offers immediate employment with opportunities for growth within the BPO industry,

Qualifications

• High School or K–12 graduate with at least 1 year of work experience in any customer service-related field.
• College undergraduate who has completed more than 1 year in college.
• College graduates are welcome to apply even without work experience.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Roxas Site.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, accounts, billing, and general concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying appropriate solutions and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update account information in the system.
• Meet quality assurance, productivity, and performance metrics.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
