Job summary

SHA Wellness seeks a MarTech IT Supervisor to join our Corporate IT team in Spain. You will ensure the technology supporting Sales, Marketing and e-commerce is connected, reliable, secure and continuously improving.

In this hands-on role you will work directly with HubSpot and Shopify, configure workflows, build integrations, and coordinate external developers to deliver scalable MarTech solutions that support SHA’s international growth and premium guest experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Digital Technology, Marketing Technology or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience administering and configuring CRM, marketing automation, e‑commerce or comparable business platforms.
Demonstrable experience working with HubSpot, including CRM administration, workflows, forms, lists, automation, reporting and data management.
Proven experience designing, building or maintaining integrations between business platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, middleware or automation tools.
Experience translating business needs from Sales, Marketing and/or E‑commerce stakeholders into technical requirements and workable solutions.
Working knowledge of CRM and e‑commerce data structures, including contacts, companies, deals, products, orders, customer records and lifecycle stages.
Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with local and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Administer and optimise HubSpot across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and CRM to support reliable daily Sales and Marketing operations.
Configure workflows, automations, forms, lists, lifecycle stages, lead-routing rules and reporting dashboards in line with commercial requirements.
Maintain accurate, consistent and usable CRM data by monitoring properties, permissions, segmentation, duplicates and data-quality standards.
Administer Shopify storefront and back-office configurations, including product catalogue, apps, themes, checkout and order-related data flows.
Diagnose and resolve configuration, integration and data issues across the MarTech ecosystem, escalating vendor cases when necessary.
Design, build and maintain integrations between HubSpot, Shopify and internal or external systems using APIs, webhooks and middleware tools.
Ensure timely, accurate and secure data flows between marketing, sales, e-commerce, analytics, payment, ERP, PMS and other business systems.
Translate Sales, Marketing and E-commerce requirements into technical specifications, implementation plans and scalable working solutions.
Document platform configurations, integration architecture, data mappings, workflows and technical standards to ensure maintainability and governance.
Maintain a prioritised backlog of MarTech improvements, balancing business urgency, user impact, technical feasibility, security and available resources.
Coordinate external developers, agencies and technology providers, defining scopes of work, reviewing deliverables and ensuring quality standards are met.
Monitor provider performance, service levels, deliverables and costs, identifying risks and escalating issues when required.
Collaborate with Corporate IT to ensure MarTech solutions comply with SHA’s architecture, cybersecurity, data-governance and privacy standards.
Identify and implement opportunities to use AI-assisted development, automation and analytics tools responsibly across MarTech workflows.
