Support Care, based in the Philippines, seeks a hands-on Senior Full-Stack MarTech Developer to enhance WordPress, MarTech, CRM integrations, automation, and data workflows across marketing and operations. Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor.
• Strong skills in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JSON.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, dataLayer, custom tracking and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or similar marketing technologies.
• Strong experience building REST API integrations, webhooks and OAuth.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM integrations, workflows, automation.
• Experience with Python, Google Apps Script, Bash, Node.js.
• Experience with SQL, MySQL, ETL, data transformation and automated data pipelines.
• Experience with GCP or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting using DevTools, Lighthouse and logs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise WordPress websites.
• Build and maintain functionality using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, WordPress, and Elementor.
• Develop and troubleshoot custom themes, plugins, forms, and frontend/backend functionality.
• Maintain WordPress core, plugins, security, and site stability.
• Support GitHub-based version control and deployment processes.
• Implement and maintain Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
• Build and maintain dataLayer structures, custom events, and conversion tracking.
• Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tracking, Microsoft Ads UET, and similar marketing technologies.
• Ensure accurate tracking across website, CRM, advertising, and analytics platforms.
• Investigate and resolve tracking and attribution discrepancies.
• Build and maintain integrations between WordPress, HubSpot CRM, advertising platforms, and third‑party systems.
• Work with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JSON, and system‑to‑system integrations.
• Develop custom HubSpot integrations, workflows, properties, lifecycle automation, and data synchronisation.
• Support bidirectional data flows between CRM, website, and external systems.
• Troubleshoot API failures, authentication issues, data duplication, and synchronisation problems.
• Build automation using Python, Google Apps Script, Bash, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Develop scheduled processes to collect, transform, and load data from APIs and other sources.
• Work with Google Cloud Platform or similar environments to run automated processes.
• Work with SQL, MySQL, ETL, data transformation, validation, and data quality management.
• Build reliable automation with logging, monitoring, retry logic, and error handling.
• Prepare and transform data for business and marketing reporting.
• Support automated reporting pipelines and dashboards.
• Work with Looker Studio and similar reporting tools.
• Experience with Power BI and DAX is a strong advantage.
• Translate business requirements into reliable metrics and reporting logic.
• Identify practical opportunities to integrate AI into business workflows.
• Build or support integrations using OpenAI, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
• Connect AI tools with CRM, marketing, data, or internal business systems.
• Help automate manual processes using AI where appropriate.
