Acquire Intelligence in Ortigas, Pasig City is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own the MarTech stack, lead strategic campaign execution, and build scalable programs.

You’ll administer HubSpot (Marketing Hub), integrate data with Salesforce, manage lead data quality, and design dashboards for funnel, MQL velocity, and campaigns while coordinating with an offshore team to drive AI-powered marketing.

Qualifications

• Lead admin for HubSpot Marketing Hub and data/tools integration with Salesforce.
• Auditing, cleansing, deduping, and enrichment of lead and account data.
• Design and maintain marketing dashboards for funnel, MQL velocity, campaigns, and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admin and offshore ops to align campaigns globally.

Responsibilities

• Scope and project-manage bigger integrated campaigns from brief to build-out to launch.
• Design and maintain triggered email programs and nurture workflows tied to real signals.
• Own lead scoring models and AI roadmap for segmentation and sales alignment.
• Coordinate with offshore marketing operations team (3 People) to set priorities and review work.
• Translate goals into segmentation, workflows, and measurable programs for cross-functional teams.
