Job summary

Parameta Solutions, the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group, is seeking a Marketing Operations professional to optimize systems, processes and insights across global marketing activities.

You will manage HubSpot day-to-day, maintain HubSpot-Salesforce integration, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations and external partners to improve CRM, automation, reporting and digital marketing in a global B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Understanding of marketing automation, lead management and campaign operations.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administration of HubSpot including workflows, forms, landing pages and emails.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to align HubSpot and Salesforce data.
• Produce and maintain marketing reports and dashboards with insights on campaigns and ROI.
• Create and report on email campaigns, webinars, events and content programs.
• Maintain website content and support testing and optimization.
• Assist with data governance, database management and process documentation.
• Coordinate with agencies and stakeholders for digital marketing initiatives.
• Support lead capture, campaign follow-up and budgeting activities.
