Restaurant Supply, LLC is hiring a Marketplace Data Specialist to manage product data across Wayfair, eBay, Walmart, Lowe’s and Home Depot. You will ensure accuracy of listings, handle large catalogs, and coordinate with merchandising and fulfillment teams to keep data aligned with source systems.

The role emphasizes detail-oriented data work, proficiency in Excel/Sheets, and ability to handle bulk data and portal-specific requirements across multiple marketplaces.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, e-commerce operations, marketplace operations, or catalog management.
• Direct experience with one or more marketplace portals is strongly preferred (Wayfair, eBay, Walmart, Lowe’s, Home Depot).
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and bulk uploads.
• Experience with large product catalogs and large-scale data projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Comfortable working with bulk data files and marketplace templates.

Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and maintain product listings across Wayfair, eBay, Walmart, Lowe’s and Home Depot portals.
• Enter and update product data, including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and inventory.
• Work with large product catalogs and bulk data files (CSV and XLSX templates).
• Perform bulk uploads and updates with high data accuracy.
• Monitor listings for errors, suppressions, policy violations, and data mismatches and resolve them promptly.
• Ensure content meets marketplace-specific formatting, data, and compliance requirements.
• Reconcile inventory, pricing, and order data between internal systems and marketplaces.
• Track and troubleshoot listing and catalog issues and coordinate with internal teams.
• Generate and maintain reports on listing status, catalog health, data accuracy, and marketplace performance.
• Stay current on marketplace portal updates and data requirements.
