Omni Channel Solutions is seeking a Walmart Catalog Specialist to manage product listings across Walmart Marketplace platforms. You will perform catalog tasks, optimize content, and maintain Brand Registry while ensuring compliance with Walmart guidelines.

You will collaborate with Brand Managers and internal teams to deliver high-quality content, analyze digital shelf metrics, and support quarterly and annual reporting for assigned brands.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with Walmart Retail Link, Supplier One, or Walmart Seller Center.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years in a professional or agency environment preferred.
• Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms and retail market channels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Perform catalog functions including NIS setup, variations, copywriting, and image uploads.
• Maintain and monitor Content Quality Scores and Listing Quality Scores.
• Set up Brand Registry in Walmart Seller Center and Supplier One.
• Conduct catalog and content audits for Walmart Category Style Guides compliance.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers on content optimization strategies.
• Analyze and report digital shelf insights like Share of Voice and rankings.
• Maintain Supplier One catalog data and assets.
• Support ad hoc and recurring brand reports (quarterly and annual).
• Assist in ratings and reviews management and reporting initiatives.
• Draft meeting agendas and document client meeting notes.
