Job summary

Rodil Res Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Marketplace Assistant to support day-to-day e-commerce operations across marketplace platforms. You will manage listings, monitor orders, coordinate with warehouse and logistics, and assist in campaigns and reporting.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and experience in e-commerce or admin work, and are proficient with Excel/Sheets in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business/Admin/Marketing or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce or online marketplace operations is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, prices, images, variations).
• Monitor marketplace orders and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Track inventory, pricing, and product status to minimize stockouts.
• Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and concerns on marketplace platforms.
• Assist with cancellations, returns, refunds, and delivery issues.
• Support campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and discounts.
• Monitor marketplace performance, ratings, and reviews.
• Prepare reports on sales, orders, inventory, and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with policies and brand standards.
• Identify issues and suggest improvements to efficiency and customer experience.
