enablesGROUP is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our retail operations in the homewares and furniture sector from Pasig, with a hybrid work model (3x onsite, 2x WFH). You will enter, update, and maintain product and business information across internal systems, spreadsheets, and e‑commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent data accuracy, and proficient Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administration, e‑commerce, retail operations, merchandising, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent typing and data entry skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and data management.
• Comfortable working with large volumes of product and numerical data.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
• Willingness to learn new systems, software, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update product information, including SKUs, product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours, pricing, stock information, and product specifications.
• Maintain and update product catalogues, databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Upload and maintain product information across e‑commerce and retail platforms.
• Ensure product data is complete, accurate, consistent, and up to date.
• Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing information.
• Assist with maintaining product pricing, inventory, supplier, and promotional information.
• Coordinate with merchandising, inventory, purchasing, and other relevant teams to obtain and validate product information.
• Assist in setting up new products and updating existing products in the system.
• Perform regular data audits and clean‑up to maintain data integrity.
• Organize and maintain digital files, product documents, images, and supporting information.
• Prepare and update reports, trackers, and spreadsheets as required.
• Follow established data entry processes, naming conventions, and quality standards.
• Handle confidential and business‑sensitive information appropriately.
• Perform other administrative and data‑related tasks as required.
