Job summary

Sourcefit is seeking a detail‑oriented Ecommerce Catalog Specialist to manage product listings across multiple marketplaces from a remote location. You will ensure data accuracy, optimize listings, support new product launches, and maintain large catalogs in a fast‑paced environment.

You will work with Shopify, Amazon, Walmart and other channels, manage titles, descriptions, images, bullets and attributes, perform catalog audits, and collaborate with the ecommerce team on merchandising projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing product listings across ecommerce marketplaces.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with large product datasets.
• Ability to follow standardized processes with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain product listings across marketplaces.
• Manage product data: titles, descriptions, bullets, specs, images, attributes.
• Ensure information is accurate, complete, and optimized for each channel.
• Coordinate new product launches, updates, and discontinued items.
• Perform catalog audits to correct listing errors or inconsistencies.
• Support bulk uploads, templates, and data entry activities.
• Monitor listing health and troubleshoot catalog issues.
• Assist with categorization, merchandising, and collection management.
• Work with ecommerce team on ad hoc catalog projects.
