Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a detail‑oriented E‑commerce Content Specialist to manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across online marketplaces. You will collaborate with Ecomm, Marketing, and Warehouse teams to ensure listings are accurate, complete, and optimized for visibility.

The role requires 1–2 years in e‑commerce operations or product content, strong Excel skills, and excellent cross‑team communication. Experience with Shopee and Lazada is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or product content management.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using Shopee, Lazada, and other marketplace seller centers.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
• Good communication and coordination skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Product Content Management: Create, upload, and maintain product listings on online marketplace platforms. Ensure all product information is complete, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines. Optimize content for visibility and searchability within each marketplace.
• Pricing and Promotion Accuracy: Ensure product pricing and discount structures are reflected across platforms. Regularly audit listings for SRP, promo prices, and bundle deals. Coordinate with MPCD Heads, Ecomm and Marketing teams to implement price changes or campaigns.
• Campaign and Deal Enrollment: Enroll eligible products in marketplace campaigns, flash sales and promotions based on priorities. Coordinate with Ecomm Team for schedules and approvals.
• Inventory and Replenishment Support: Monitor product availability and coordinate with MPC Analyst and warehouse teams for stock replenishment. Mark out-of-stock and restock in marketplaces. Maintain stock visibility.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Generate regular reports on product listing accuracy. Identify gaps/opportunities in content, pricing, and visibility. Recommend improvements to boost conversion and customer experience.
