Fenwick & West LLP is seeking a Marketing Platform Manager to oversee the firm’s email marketing platform, build campaigns, maintain templates, and ensure data integrity with Salesforce and other systems. The role includes designing AI-enabled workflows and partnering with vendors to optimize the marketing stack.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement across U.S. offices, with in-office days determined by business needs and department directives.

Competenze

• 8+ years of advanced administrative experience with email marketing platforms and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, IS, IT, or related field.
• Ability to diagnose sync and integration issues and escalate when needed.

• Own email marketing platform administration: build campaigns, templates, and alerts.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure syncs with Salesforce and connected systems.
