vamasters, Inc. is seeking a Marketing & CRM Assistant to manage our B2B contact database and support email marketing and website operations. This role blends data enrichment with hands-on marketing tasks, ensuring accuracy and reliability in CRM, email flows, and on-page SEO.

Ideal candidates will excel at researching company data, maintaining clean databases, and applying AI tools thoughtfully. You will also help optimize email sequences and keep content visually consistent across platforms.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with data research and CRM enrichment.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including work with large lists.
• Practical experience with an email marketing platform such as Omnisend, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, including product/content updates and basic on-page SEO.
• At ease using AI tools for research while checking the results independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy.
• Thorough, trustworthy, and able to run independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enrich our B2B partner database by researching company websites and completing missing fields such as website URL, email address, phone number, physical location, and product range.
• Keep the CRM spreadsheet organized so records stay clean, consistent, and current.
• Apply AI tools thoughtfully to speed up research while double-checking every entry.
• Review our existing email automation sequences from start to finish, confirming all links work and content is correct.
• Check email templates display properly on mobile and desktop, and correct formatting issues.
• Help improve email flows, segmentation, and subscriber journeys on an ongoing basis.
• Roll out on-page SEO improvements on our website, including metadata, image optimization, and content details.
• Load and format new product content so images are sized correctly and presented consistently.
• Add and manage customer reviews on product pages to reinforce credibility and search visibility.
• Design clean, professional PDF presentations for new product launches.
