Job summary

Yempo - Your Employees Offshore is seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations & MarTech Executive to connect and operate the technology behind our sales and marketing activities. You’ll build workflows, enrich data, and turn hiring signals into qualified opportunities for Sales, in a role that blends hands-on execution with strategic optimization.

You’ll work across HubSpot, Cognism, Mailchimp, Canva and WordPress, ensuring data flows smoothly and campaigns are measurable.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Marketing Operations experience.
• Experience with marketing tech stacks.
• Ability to build and optimize campaigns.
• Experience in data enrichment and CRM.
• Familiarity with HubSpot workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate Yempo’s recruitment-intent engine by identifying hiring signals across IT, Accounting and Business Support.
• Make MarTech stack work by connecting Cognism, HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress and other tools.
• Build and operate campaigns with targeted segments and tailored emails.
• Enhance HubSpot usage with properties, workflows, segmentation and dashboards.
• Maintain clean, usable CRM data and system integrations.
