Job summary

Yempo Solutions is seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations & MarTech Executive to build, connect and operate the technology behind sales and marketing. You will optimize HubSpot, Cognism, Mailchimp, WordPress and AI tools to run measurable campaigns and identify high-potential opportunities.

You will monitor hiring signals from LinkedIn and job sites to feed Sales-ready prospects, build workflows, and ensure data quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing Operations, MarTech, CRM, or Revenue Operations.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, properties, segmentation, forms, sequences, reports, and integrations.
• Experience connecting CRMs, email, websites, and data enrichment tools via APIs, webhooks, Zapier, or Make.
• Ability to build intent/prospecting workflows using vacancy signals, web data, or enrichment signals.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment-Intent Engine: identify offshore hiring signals and push opportunities to HubSpot with context.
• MarTech Stack Management: own HubSpot integrations with Cognism, Mailchimp, WordPress, and automation tools.
• Campaign & Lead Nurturing: segment prospects and run tailored email nurture campaigns with clear logic.
• HubSpot CRM Administration: maintain lifecycle stages, forms, sequences, scoring, and dashboards.
• Web & Attribution Analytics: work with developers to improve WordPress tracking and connect to HubSpot.
• Smart Automation & Reporting: automate enrichment and reporting on key metrics to guide strategy.
