Yempo is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Team in delivering engaging campaigns, content, and initiatives. You will work with the Marketing Executive and Manager on day-to-day activities, campaign planning, reporting, and event coordination.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in digital marketing (B2B preferred) or related degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organized and creative.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Support: Assist with planning, timelines, packs, presentations, and market research.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate monthly reports and track campaign metrics.
• Email Marketing: Design, build, schedule, and segment email campaigns; monitor results.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Manage scheduling, engagement, and content (blogs, updates, case studies).
• Events & Internal Marketing: Help plan and promote charity days, strategy sessions, and celebrations.
• Compliance: Follow ISMS policies and information security guidelines.
