Yempo Solutions is seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations & MarTech Executive to build, connect and operate the technology behind our sales and marketing activity. We already have tools like HubSpot, Cognism, Mailchimp, Canva, AI tools and WordPress; you will make them work together to turn ideas into measurable campaigns.

A major part of the role is identifying offshore hiring needs and turning signals from LinkedIn and job sites into qualified opportunities for Sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing Operations, MarTech, CRM, or Revenue Operations.
• Hands-on HubSpot workflows, segmentation, forms, sequences, reports, and integrations.
• Experience connecting CRMs, email, and website platforms via APIs/webhooks/Zapier/Make.
• Intent/prospecting workflows using job vacancies or external signals.
• Familiarity with Cognism, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WordPress, GA4, Canva, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment-Intent Engine: identify offshore hiring needs and push qualified opportunities to HubSpot.
• MarTech Stack Management: own HubSpot and integrate with Cognism, Mailchimp, WordPress, and automation tools.
• Campaign & Lead Nurturing: build tailored email/nurture campaigns with clear logic and instant hand-offs.
• HubSpot CRM Administration: maintain lifecycle stages, workflows, forms, sequences, scoring and dashboards.
• Web & Attribution Analytics: enhance WordPress tracking and connect web behavior to HubSpot for sales insights.
• Smart Automation & Reporting: automate enrichment and follow-ups; report key metrics to guide strategy.
• Comply with ISMS information security policies and guidelines.

Role purpose

Yempo Solutions is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Operations & MarTech Executive to build, connect and operate the technology behind our sales and marketing activity.

We already have many of the tools we need, including HubSpot, Cognism, Mailchimp, Canva, AI tools and our WordPress website. What we need is someone who can make them work together properly, get more from them and turn sales and marketing ideas into working, measurable campaigns.

A major part of the role is helping Yempo find businesses at the point they have a problem we can solve. You will build and operate systems that identify
organisations actively recruiting for IT, Accounting and Business Support roles by monitoring LinkedIn, job sites and company careers pages, then turn those hiring signals into useful, actionable opportunities for Sales.

This is a doer role. You will build workflows, clean and enrich data, connect systems, set up campaigns, test what you have built, fix what does not work and make sure genuine opportunities reach the right person quickly.

The objective is straightforward: use technology to help Yempo find the right company, with the right requirement, at the right time - then help Sales and Marketing turn that opportunity into a conversation.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment-Intent Engine: Build a scalable process to identify and monitor offshore hiring needs across target sites/LinkedIn (IT, Accounting, Business Support). Identify key decision‑makers, enrich data using Cognism, and push qualified opportunities to HubSpot with relevant vacancy context. Track vacancy statuses and build automated/manual outreach workflows.
• MarTech Stack Management: Take ownership of HubSpot and connect it with Cognism, Mailchimp, WordPress, and automation tools (Zapier/Make via APIs, webhooks, native connectors). Eliminate duplicate manual processes and maximize existing tools.
• Campaign & Lead Nurturing: Segment prospects based on hiring signals and web behavior. Build, test, and run tailored email/nurture campaigns with clear logic, suppression rules, and instant human hand‑offs for high‑intent replies.
• HubSpot CRM Administration: Maintain CRM lifecycle stages, workflows, forms, sequences, scoring, and data standards (GDPR‑compliant). Create commercial dashboards for pipeline performance, conversion, and CRM health.
• Web & Attribution Analytics: Partner with the web developer to enhance WordPress tracking, landing pages, forms, and conversion events. Connect web behavior to HubSpot to show Sales which content generates genuine interest.
• Smart Automation & Reporting: Automate repetitive enrichment, role matching, and follow‑ups. Document processes and report on key metrics (qualified opportunities, drop‑off points, top‑performing channels) to guide strategy.
• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

Skills & Experience

• Experience: 3+ years in Marketing Operations, MarTech, CRM, or Revenue Operations.
• HubSpot Expertise: Hands‑on experience building workflows, custom properties, segmentation, forms, sequences, reports, and integrations.
• Integrations & Automation: Practical experience connecting CRMs, email, website platforms, and data enrichment tools using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, or Make.
• Intent & Prospecting: Proven ability to build intent/prospecting workflows using job vacancies, web data, or external enrichment signals.
• Tools & Software: Familiarity with Cognism, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WordPress, GA4, Canva, and AI tools.
