Job summary

Yempo is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Team in delivering engaging campaigns, content, and company initiatives. You will work closely with the Marketing Executive and Manager to assist day-to-day marketing activities, campaign planning, reporting, and event coordination.

This role offers flexibility to work from home or the office, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced marketing environment and gain hands-on experience across digital marketing within a large company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in digital marketing (B2B preferred)
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketing activities and campaign planning
• Generate monthly reports and track campaign performance
• Design, build, schedule, and segment email campaigns; monitor performance
• Manage channel scheduling, audience engagement, and content creation (blogs, updates, case studies)
• Help plan and promote initiatives like events and celebrations
